Improving Reading Scores and Bringing Adventure.

Junior Auxiliary of Jonesboro members lead weekly lunch book clubs in local schools with fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students. While eating lunch and discussing books, our members are opening doors for mentoring, friendships and a love for reading.

This project allows our chapter to support the community through funding and scholarships related to literature and the arts.

We have been honored to provide funding to the Jonesboro Branch of the Craighead County Library for community programs or author visits.

In addition, we have been able to assist with ticket purchases so that students can attend community plays.
